Atlanta sizzles with a flash from the past with the sounds of    The NightShift Band.
This uniquely composed band consists of some of the original recording and traveling musicians 
for such great artists as the late Otis Redding, Joe Tex, and ZZ Hill, as well as, Johnnie Taylor, 
Sam and Dave, Wilson Picket, Candi Staton and Rufus Thomas to name a few.    

The NightShift Band was formed in 1995 by Lee “LeRoy” Hadley, who directs and manages the  
band. LeRoy was the original guitarist and band leader for Joe Tex, Johnnie Taylor, ZZ Hill and Candi  
Staton. Over the years, the band has played at birthday parties, company functions, various night 
clubs, non profits organization functions, Frat  parties, “Blue Light” in the basement parties, etc..... This R&B Oldies but Goodies band performs  songs 
from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and some 90’s. Some of  the artists that The NightShift covers are: 
Aretha Franklin, Otis Redding Tyrone Davis, Gladys Knight, Brook Benton, Johnnie Taylor, Tina Turner, Etta  
James, Stevie Wonder, ZZ Hill, Chaka Khan, Temptations and Benny Lattimore.

  As with all bands, NightShift has had it’s ups and downs and they can’t “Turn Back the Hands of  Time”, 
but now they are stronger, tighter and more soulful than ever.  Their motto for the New Millennium is 
“Ain’t No Stopping Us Now” cause “Once You Get Started Ain’t No Turning Back Now”.
